We welcome all disabled guests to attend all events.

Maverik Center recognizes the needs of guests with disabilities, as defined by the American Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990. Maverik Center continues to make every effort to comply with state and federal accessibility regulations and accommodate guests with disabilities.

Accessible Seating

Maverik Center offers accessible seating locations.

The following are tips that will assist you with purchasing accessible seats for your next visit:

  • When purchasing tickets to a Maverik Center event in person, or by telephone, please inform the Maverik Center or Ticketmaster representative that you need to purchase accessible seating.
  • When purchasing tickets via Ticketmaster.com, please click on the “Request Accessible Tickets” icon on the event page (pictured below). 

  • This will create an email that will be sent to Ticketmaster. Ticketmaster will then have someone contact you directly regarding your purchase. When the transaction is completed, please verify the seating location for accuracy.
  • Accessible seating is located at the top of Section 117, 118, 119, 121, 122 and 123. Additional seating may be available in other locations on a show per show basis.

Accessibility Information

This guide is intended to highlight some of the features available at Maverik Center for guests with disabilities. If you need assistance during an event, you may visit Guest Services iin the Main concourse outside of Section 120. You may also reach a Maverik Center representative at 801-988-8800 during normal business hours.

Concessions
The concession stands and restaurants in the building have been designed with all guests in mind. Accessible countertops and bar counters are at a height that is comfortable for everyone.

Disabled Parking
Parking spaces for disabled guests are located in Parking Lots A, B and C and in the Premium Parking Lot designated on the Parking Tab. Accessible parkig is available on a first come, first served basis. The vehicle must display a disabled parking placard or license plate. Parking rates vary from event to event, but are generally $10/vehicle for shows and $5/vehicle for Utah Grizzlies games. Premium Parking passes are available for purchase before an event online at www.ticketmaster.com for $25 or at the Maverik Center Box Office for select events.

UTA - Public Transportation
100% of UTA's fixed route bus service is wheelchair accessible with lift-equipped or low floor buses. In addition, other accommodations such as stop announcements made by drivers and assisting passengers with disabilities make using the fixed route bus service possible for many people with disabilities. People who are able to use the fixed route bus service should do so whenever possible.

Emergency Services
Maverik Center personnel have been trained to assist in emergency situations. To reach a guest during an event, contact 801-988-8800. The exact location of their seat is required (Section, Row and Seat#).

Escorts
Maverik Center can provide escorts to parking areas for guests with special needs. This service is free and can be requested through Guest Services. To minimize your wait, we suggest that you make arrangements for this service prior to the event you are attending by calling 801-988-8800.

Listening Devices
Maverik Center is equipped with assisted listening devices. Receivers are available for most events and provided free of charge with a form of valid identification. Guests who are interested in this service should see a representative at Guest Services in the Main Concourse at Section 122. Call ahead at least 72 hours to make arranagemnets at 801-988-8800.  (Note: certain events do not permit the use of ALDs for copyright reasons.)

Service Animals
Service animals are welcome inside the building and must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you intend to bring a service animal to the building, please notify your ticket representative at the time of purchase so that an aisle seat may be reserved for you.

Sign Interpreters
Maverik Center can provide sign language interpretation for guests with hearing disabilities. Requests for this service must be received 15 business days prior to the event and be approved by the performer. For details, please contact the Maverik Center at 801-988-8800.
